Grönlund GK

Grönlund GK is a eighteen hole rolling parkland, nature, and forest course designed by course architect Åke Persson. He has in the scenic area managed to exploit nature without using force against it. The course winds through the undulating landscape of Uppland with the right mix of hills, water and woods.

We have a driving range and a practice area with two holes for pitch, chip and bunker shots. The course is praised by our members and guests. We manage it with love and always try to keep it in tip-top condition.

The course is regarded as moderately difficult where the technical and tactical player is rewarded. The level of difficulty increases with a decreasing handicap. It’s a course that you never outgrow. The length from the yellow tee is 5,456 metres and from the red tee, 4,641 metres. From the white tee Gronlund is a challenging competitive case.

Directions: Almunge and Grönlund GK are located 25 kilometres due east of Uppsala and north-east of Stockholm, 30 km from the airport. From Uppsala run take road 282 towards Almunge and turn right at Almunge church. From the airport you take road 273 towards Almunge until you see the course on the right side.
