General and detailed information about the golf course, environment, history, etc.: Mjölby Golf Course - park and forest course. The first nine holes on Mjölby’s golf course were inaugurated in 1986, and in 1989 nine more holes were opened. The course with par 71, is of varying character in beautiful the beautiful nature of Östergötland. The first nine holes are open with wide fairways, while the last nine go into the forest where it is a bit narrower and bobs up and down. For all the holes it is closer between the green and the next tee, so there are no long stretches that you need to walk. After 9 holes there is a kiosk with a well filled assortment. The clubhouse, which is centrally located, houses the shop, office and locker rooms. The golf restaurant offers daily specials, ala carte and is fully licensed. From the restaurant terrace you can monitor how the golf round is ending on the 18th hole from the tee until the ball has gone in the cup, and any problems in between. The driving range and putting green are at the clubhouse. Hotels Miskarp, which is located directly adjacent to the golf course, offers ideal accommodation for those who wish to play golf. The course is located about 2 km from the E4 motorway exit 108 at McDonalds, road 32 towards Vetlanda. Mjölby GK is environmentally certified.
