Hårgabanan - Bollnäs GK
Hårgbanan, is a golf course which is partly situated in the village of Hårga, where the classic Hårgasägnen has its origin. Legend has it that a number of young people danced to devil's fiddle until only their heads were left ... That dramatic it is not on the golf course. Hårgbanan is a varied parkland and woodland course. A course that requires the player to think first and then hit. Bollnäs Golf Club was founded in 1963. Hårgbanan’s first 9 holes were completed in 1967, designed by Nils Skold. The same year the club was elected to the Swedish Golf Federation as a club number 100. A wonderful singer Alice Babs was officiator then track was renamed at the beginning of the1970's. Membership has grown over the years, and in 1990 was newly renovated restaurant and club house facilities were in operation. In1991 the course was expanded to 18 holes designed by Sune Linde and Sture Bäckman.
