Karlstad Golfklubb
Karlstad GK The region's oldest golf club was formed already in1957. Located in beautiful nature and a peaceful environment, yet only seven kilometres from the centre of Karlstad. A championship course where among other things, the Women's Amateur European Championship was played in 2005. A classic parkland course with elements of forest. Several long and difficult holes, but with a forgiving rough. A big range and nice training areas. A popular golf shop and restaurant means a complete golf facility with everything you could possibly want. Not only the region's oldest and largest golf facility but also the most appreciated. We have fostered several European Tour players and the club is today ranked as Sweden's best junior club. Directions: 7 km from the centre of Karlstad towards Filipstad, Route 63.
