Voted the No.1 Parkland course in Ireland by Golf Digest, this was the last major course designed and built by Robert Trent Jones Senior and has received plaudits internationally. Jones intended it to provide a formidable challenge at its upper range of 7,453 yards, leisurely golfers, however, are also provided for. The course is characterised by its magnificent mature timber, its winding rock-walled streams, the signature Jones cloverleaf bunkers and subtly undulating greens.
