Golf Club Hardenberg
Niedersachsen Course The famous Canadian architect John David Krause laid the foundation stone for another 18-hole course at the Hardenberg Golf Resort in November 2001. The creatively designed fairways offer a fascinating golf experience of international standard, and challenges both the beginner and professional players. The highlight of the Niedersachsen Course is Hardenberg's heraldic animal - the wild boar head on the par 3 green. The many natural obstacles make the game especially attractive and challenging: You encounter a dry biotope, a canyon that otherwise is only found in Arizona, a meadow with orchids and ancient trees. Thanks to a special kind of grass seed that is used by only six golf clubs in Germany, the grass keeps its deep green color. The creative design opens up a comfortably structured landscape in front of you… Göttingen Course Göttingen’s golf course has long had a special place in many players' hearts. Despite that it retains its challenge: differences in altitude and slopes tempt even experienced players. And even if the ball ends up in the rough, the stunning views and the pristine forests more than console.
